Career Opportunity German-speaking Customer Consultant (Retention Line)

Location Lisbon (Hybrid or Fully Remote)


This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer retention or sales who are confident handling negotiations and customer objections. Join an international team in Lisbon and deliver high-quality service while contributing directly to customer loyalty and retention results.

Your Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls from existing customers, including cancellation and contract change requests;
Apply retention strategies to understand customer objections and reduce churn;
Present tailored solutions, offers and commercial alternatives aligned with customer needs;
Ensure a consistent, professional and customer-focused experience throughout the interaction.

Your Profile

Native or fluent in German; English knowledge is a plus;
Previous experience in customer retention or sales roles is mandatory;
Strong negotiation skills and target-driven mindset;
Experience in a contact center environment;
Clear communication skills, resilience and problem-solving ability.
